This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through the advokat-am.ba website, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding it.

What Data We Collect

Through the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message you send us, including a description of your legal situation. We do not automatically collect data through tracking cookies or analytics tools.

Purpose of Processing

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and provide legal services should you decide to become our client. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for advertising.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the enquiry form, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you become our client, further processing is based on the performance of the legal representation agreement and the legal obligation to retain attorney records.

Recipients and Third Parties

The enquiry form is technically processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards your enquiry to us by email. Formspree acts as our data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes. The site also uses Google Maps to display the office location and Google Fonts for typography — these services may process technical data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request, and no longer than one year from the last contact, unless you become our client — in which case data is retained in accordance with the statutory retention periods for attorney records.

Your Rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the right to object to processing, and the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AZLP) if you believe your rights have been violated.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
