Our law office in Bihać provides legal assistance to individuals and legal entities through legal advice, the drafting of legal documents, and representation before courts and other competent authorities. Safeta Alijagić
After graduating from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, she taught law at ETUŠC in Bihać. After completing her traineeship at the Municipal Public Attorney’s Office in Bihać and passing the judicial examination, she was appointed as a judge at the Municipal Court in Bihać. She subsequently worked in the business sector as Head of Legal and Human Resources at BIRA-GORENJE Bihać. She was later reappointed as a judge at the Municipal Court in Bihać and subsequently became President of that Court. She has practised as an attorney since 2001 and, during that time, also served for five years as President of the Regional Bar Association in Bihać. She has taken part in numerous educational programmes, conferences, seminars and professional training courses covering various fields of law.

Aida Malkoč
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bihać in 2007. From 2007 onward, she gained professional experience in a law office as a trainee lawyer and legal associate to attorney Safeta Alijagić in Bihać. She then worked for Č.J. d.o.o. Bihać, where she gained experience in labour and commercial law. In 2015, she joined the Legislation Office of the Una-Sana Canton. In 2017, she began working at the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Una-Sana Canton, where she gained experience in criminal law. She subsequently acquired experience in administrative law at the Ministry of Construction, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Una-Sana Canton, with a particular focus on second-instance administrative proceedings relating to spatial planning and construction. Since 2024, she has worked at the Anti-Corruption Office of the Una-Sana Canton in the areas of corruption prevention, verification of asset declarations submitted by public office holders, and the application of anti-corruption regulations. She has taken part in numerous educational programmes, seminars and professional training courses in various fields of law and continues to develop her expertise in personal data protection.
